Terms for using W2 Analytics.

1. About W2 Analytics

W2 Analytics is an internal analytics and production-intelligence system used by W2 Kitchen. It connects, with explicit Google authorisation, to the W2 Kitchen channel to retrieve read-only channel metadata, YouTube Analytics data and authorised monetary analytics for internal reporting, analysis and production decision support.

2. Who may use W2 Analytics

W2 Analytics is intended only for W2 Kitchen's authorised personnel and approved service providers acting on W2 Kitchen's behalf. It is not offered as a public consumer service.

Access must only be used for legitimate W2 Kitchen business purposes and in accordance with these Terms, the W2 Analytics Privacy Policy, applicable law, and any applicable Google and YouTube platform terms and policies.

3. Authorised Google access

W2 Analytics uses Google OAuth to request only the permissions required for its read-only analytics functions. The application does not use these permissions to upload, edit, delete, comment on, or otherwise modify YouTube content.

The Google Account granting access must be authorised to access the relevant W2 Kitchen channel and analytics. The authorising account may revoke access at any time through its Google Account permissions.

4. Permitted use

W2 Analytics may be used for purposes including:

• internal channel and video performance reporting;
• historical and comparable-video analysis;
• audience-retention and engagement analysis;
• revenue and performance analysis;
• data-quality and operational checks;
• editorial planning and production decision support; and
• AI-assisted analysis for those same internal W2 Kitchen purposes.

5. Prohibited use

Users must not use W2 Analytics to:

• access Google user data without valid authorisation;
• sell, license or disclose Google user data for an unrelated third-party purpose;
• use Google user data for advertising, retargeting, data brokerage, creditworthiness assessment or lending decisions;
• attempt to circumvent access controls, security safeguards or Google OAuth requirements; or
• use the service in a way that violates applicable law or Google and YouTube platform policies.

6. Data and privacy

W2 Analytics handles Google user data as described in the W2 Analytics Privacy Policy. That policy explains the categories of data accessed, how they are used, how they are stored and protected, when they may be processed by service providers, and how deletion or revocation requests are handled.

7. Availability and changes

W2 Kitchen may change, suspend, restrict or discontinue W2 Analytics, or modify its features, integrations or technical architecture, when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, compliance or business reasons.

W2 Kitchen may also update these Terms when the service or its legal and operational requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are made.

8. No guarantee of uninterrupted service

W2 Analytics is provided as an internal operational tool. While W2 Kitchen takes reasonable steps to maintain its reliability and accuracy, access may occasionally be interrupted by maintenance, third-party service availability, API changes, authentication requirements or other technical issues.

9. Responsibility for decisions

Analytics, reports, comparisons and AI-assisted outputs produced through W2 Analytics are intended to support human decision-making. They should not be treated as guarantees of future channel, audience or revenue performance.

10. Access suspension or termination

W2 Kitchen may suspend or terminate access where necessary to protect the service, Google user data, W2 Kitchen systems, or to address misuse, loss of authorisation, security concerns or policy requirements.
